xfunction Masters with $5,000

xfunction has announced its latest Masters online tournament, featuring $5,000 in cash prizes.

After hosting three Masters tournaments in 2015, each with less than $2,000 on offer, xfunction has announced its biggest cup yet with a beefed up prize-pool of $5,000 through a partnership with a skin site.

xfunction Masters will feature 16 teams, four of whom are Portuguese, while the remaining 12 will come from other European countries.

Orbit won the last two editions of xfunction Masters 

Los Mariachis and Galatics are the first two teams confirmed for the tournament after finishing top two in the Portuguese qualifier, which took place last weekend and featured over 100 teams.

Below you can find the prize distribution for the tournament, which starts on June 20:
